Strategic Partners at the Axis of Community and Economy

We support people, projects, and organizations working to help us all earn more, learn more, and live well.

This takes intention, endurance, and a well coordinated team sharing a vision and sharing the load.

A paceline is a pact, an implicit agreement, a promise to work together, sharing strengths to reach a common goal.  It's how we work with leaders, organizations, and communities pursuing meaningful progress.

I believe deeply in Arkansas. The magic and moxy of the Land of Opportunity lies in its people. From the Delta to the Ozarks, the farmers, artists, factory workers, public leaders, and entrepreneurs who call this place home shape the culture and energy of our communities.

Over the past two decades I’ve worked at the intersection of community and economy—building partnerships, shaping economic development strategies, and helping organizations translate ambition into action.

Along the way I’ve seen firsthand how places thrive when employers and community life grow together. When people learn more, earn more, and live well, the entire region moves forward.

Our role is often simple: bring the right people together, ask the right questions, and help build alignment around what makes a place magnetic, a project meaningful, or an organization magnificent.

Because progress rarely happens alone.
